I've also been eating healthier and exercising more. It's definitely helping me feel better and have more energy throughout the day (as long as I go to bed before 3am :P). I had been stressing over a few things for the last couple of months and I noticed myself slimming down. I decided I liked this new figure of mine and want to keep it and shape it a little more. I've lost 5 pounds which keeps me in the normal weight range for my height. I don't want to lose any more weight, I just want to tone up, firm up, and be healthy! I'm thinking about adding a health section to Hot Pink Sugar Rush to give a few tips and share some exercises that I do. What do you guys think?
